How to remove a device from the device list

There are different methods for removing devices depending on your level of access:
  1. Devices where you are the primary user
  2. Devices where you are sharing as the secondary user

Method 1: Removing device as primary user

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on your username to open Accounts.
  3. Tap on Devices.
  4. Tap on the cog icon of the device which you would like to remove.
  5. Tap Remove / Reset Olarm.
  6. Tap Agree.
The device has now been set to factory default and removed from your account. It will therefore no longer appear in your device list.


Method 2: Removing device as secondary user

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on your username to open Accounts.
  3. Tap on Devices.
  4. Scroll down to Devices shared with you.
  5. Tap on the trash icon of the device you no longer want to be part of.
