How do I reset my password?
Resetting your password is the same process as forgot password. There are two methods to achieve this:
Method 1: From the [Accounts] menu
- From the homescreen, tap on the "3 dots" at the top right corner to open [Settings].
- Tap on your username, this will open the [Account] menu.
- Tap [Reset password].
- Verify your account by entering the email or mobile number you used to sign up for your Olarm account, tap [Submit].
- Both methods will generate a 6 digit OTP via SMS.
- Enter the OTP and tap [Submit]
- If you did not receive the SMS, tap on [Resend Pin].
- Enter your new password twice and tap [Save].
Method 2: From the login screen
- Log out of the Olarm app.
- Open the app and tap on [Sign in], this will take you to the sign in page.
- Without filling in your login details, tap on [Forgot your password?]. This will take you through the [Reset password] flow.
- Verify your account by entering the email or mobile number you used to sign up for your Olarm account, tap [Submit].
- Both methods will generate a 6 digit OTP via SMS.
- Enter the OTP and tap [Submit]
- If you did not receive the SMS, tap on [Resend Pin].
- Enter your new password twice and tap [Save].
