How do I sign up for an Olarm account?

Download the Olarm app from your phone's online store.

  1. Once downloaded, open the app and tap Create account.

  2. Select your country and enter your mobile number.

  3. Please tap on “I am human” and agree to the privacy policy as well as the terms and conditions 

  4. Tap Get started.

  5. Enter the 6 digit OTP sent to your mobile number and tap Confirm OTP.

  6. Enter your details and tap Next.

  7. Once account setup registration is complete you will need to sign into the app using the details above to start using the app.

There are two types of users that are loaded to Olarm devices namely Primary and Secondary users. 

What is the difference between a primary & secondary user?

The primary user has full access to the Olarm setup and administrative capabilities this includes:

  • Adding users 

  • Changing of zone labels

  • Naming and renaming the Olarm device

  • Setting Reminders and Alerts

  • Adding the keypad master code (applicable to DSC, IDS and Paradox Plus panels) 

  • Making subscription payments (applicable for Olarm direct users) 

Both Primary and Secondary users have access to the following features:

  • Arming/disarm

  • Bypassing of Zones

  • Viewing Zone statuses

  • Viewing of Event Logs

  • Silent Panic

Adding a Secondary User

The Olarm App supports 1 Primary user and 47 additional Secondary users.


In order to add secondary users to your Olarm, they will require an Olarm User Account which can be created by tapping on Sign Up in App or by going to

Add a Secondary User by going to the Olarm Settings Page then tap on Olarm Setup

  • Tap the Plus (+) icon

  • Enter the users phone number they used to sign up with

  • Select the starting date on which access will be granted

  • Select the end date

  • Accept the T&Cs and tap Add User


Selecting a date will automatically remove the user from the Olarm on the specified date, if you wish to give them unlimited access, leave this blank.

Removing a Secondary User

To remove a user from your Olarm, go to the Users menu again and tap on the Bin Icon.

Logging out of an Olarm Device

Any user can logout of their account on their current device and thereby terminate their session on their mobile device. "Logout of all devices" would terminate all sessions currently logged into your account on any mobile device.
This will not affect other users who are sharing the device.
